"Week-end a Rome" is a cover from French singer Etienne Daho. Josef told us he loved the song so much, he just had to do a cover of it. The original song was released in 1984 and later covered by Nouvelle Vague (with Vanessa Paradis). Josef's cover was recorded in the summer of 2015, which he posted about on Twitter, and has been Salvatized to match the album. A 30 seconds snippet of the song was first added to Amazon France, and an hour later a longer snippet was released on iTunes. There is currently no news about it being a possible single for France, or whether he will sing it during his Night Swim Tour (if so, it will probably only be performed in France, like Une Autre Saison and Le Paradis Nous Trouvera). One thing we know for sure: it's the perfect song to close the album!
